BLEACHTECH is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Tauna Rignall as its new Chief Operating Officer effective 16th June 2025.

Tauna joins the team with nearly two decades of experience leading high-impact operations across the energy, infrastructure, and climate technology sectors. With a proven track record of organizational transformation, process improvement, and strategic growth, Tauna brings the kind of leadership that aligns perfectly with our vision for BLEACHTECH’s future.

Her journey includes key leadership roles in industry innovators such as Independence Hydrogen, Aether Fuels, Enviva, and DCP Midstream, where she led complex, cross-functional teams and capital-intensive projects.

Tauna holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a bachelor’s in chemistry from Adams State University.

Her passion for innovation, people, and purpose-driven leadership aligns directly with our mission. As we continue to scale and evolve, her operational insight and forward-thinking mindset will be instrumental in shaping BLEACHTECH’s next chapter.
